WTB: KES-400A assemblies (or the raw diodes)

I'm looking to pick up around 4 of the KES-400A sled assemblies with diodes, or the raw diodes themselves. Please let me know how much you're looking for for them shipped to Oregon (zip 97223). Thanks!

I have three diodes left. Two are loose with their PCB/ribbon cable still attached. One is pressed into an AixiZ module. The one that is pressed into the module has all but the violet and case/ground pins cut off. The loose diodes are $7 each. The one in the module is $10. This includes shipping to Oregon.
