I don't really have a budget so I'll see what people are offering..

I want to have a laser because it's beautiful,I just want to see the beam and the bright colors(I will get more lasers eventually ;D).

And yes I'm a new laser fan I was always fascinated by lasers but I never knew there were so many colors and so much posibilities...
