Yes, Gary does have some nice extended focus adapters, I have used quite a few on my own builds. I'm glad he added the green ones to his inventory a while back.

This is responding to a very old thread, but I found these today: Michael Mei's Store - Small Orders Online Store, Hot Selling cut saw,filter circuit,filter sticker and more on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group - I don't know if this link will expire or not, but it's on AliExpress.com and is Michael Mei's Store. The long barreled lens is on the bottom right hand courner of the page. I believe their is an error on the focal length, 15mm isn't right.

Those do look to be 15mm long, that's at least as long as the old style extended length lenses.
