I am looking to buy your PHR sled after you have harvested you Diode/s. The Cube and Turning mirror need to be in tact and in good condition. I can get a new sled for $10.5 so I will pay $5.00 for empty one/s.

does anyone have a link perhaps to the beam combining that can be done with the empty PHR803T sleds? Jayrob and some others have let me know that they're using the optics / dichros in there to combine RGB to get white laser.. I haven't seen anything about it though.

I guess you can use either a PHR803T or the PS3 sled?

and yeah I have tons of empty sleds. I'm not going to have any empty GGWH20L sleds anymore as I'm sending them with the 6x blu ray orders now.
