He has been sitting AFK in the IRC for two weeks now, I sent him a PM and an email but no reply. It seems he has abandoned PL for a time now too...

He just moved, so I doubt he's in any condition to communicate. I posted a WTB thread over at PL as well.
 
He's been moving for the last 6 months from what I read.
It's one excuse after the other rather than being straight
with his customers... It's just bad business...
He should "get out of the kitchen if it's too hot" for him to
handle in a timely manner...IMO
