It is perfectly OK to use magnets to fill space for CR2s , however only on CR123s and similar smaller capacity batteries (3V, not 3.7V)i have two, one is a uni from modwerx, the other(one mentioned) is a ultrafire WF-138 switching charger(charges both 3.0 and 3.6v) for CR123s. so i can use a small magnet to fill the space? that sounds like a good idea, thanks man.
Don't try something like that with 18650 charger that provides 1 A charging current, with smaller 16340 or 10440 batts.
Charging current must always be UNDER 1C of a battery.
CR2s are around 500-600mAh if I am not mistaking?
All of them say 800 but I think it is overrated greatly, I have a pair of those but not the charger, so I cannot test those.
I will most likely pick up a $7 charger+ 2pcs batts from O-like next time I order from them.
I have to test the capacity of those I have.
