WTB - A BR diode that will output 150mW

This forum is great but a complete minefield when you are trying to just fine something simple

Where can I easily get one maybe two of these diodes as cheap as poss and as quick as poss please?

I have a number of drivers and modules to fit them into so that it not a worry I just need the diodes?

803t diodes from xbox 360 hd drives can output this at times with a duty cycle under common heat sinking.

but if you wanna drop some more money a 6x blu ray burner is a better bet

150mw isn't too extreme for a phr-803t diode, would work fine.
