Looking for 2-3 of the xbox 811 diodes - either lone diode or sled. This is the less popular of the two xbox diodes - most people want the 803t. Want these to make some low power (25mW) pointers.

I have five (5) SF-AD112 diodes left.  These diodes will give you ~25mW from ~50mA of current (after Aixiz acrylic lens).  

These are what I have been using in my low powered pointers.  

The first "kink" in the power graph doesn't show up until around 80mA.  So 50mA is VERY safe.  You can have them for $15 each plus shipping.

The diodes are still in their original heat sink.  I removed the ribbon cables without heat. They have been stored in individual anti-static bags.
