WTB: 808nm Replacement Diode For O-like Module

I accidentally shorted out my driver and killed the pump in my 150mW o-like module... I'm, looking for a replacement if anyone has one or know where to get one..?

I think it is around 1W.


I feel very bad about losing this module, it was a good one for ones and I killed it

Looks like 9mm of course, so Chris will have these of various power (even 2W), but he is not answering PM's, and I think he will only sell it in real but not sure.

Yeah it is 9mm. I haven't bothered contacting Chris, from what I've read he wont respond.

I think there's plenty of IR 9mm diodes on ebay.
