WTB: ~150mW Green Module, 12mm Diameter

O-like is out of stock. Or I'm interested in a 9mm 808nm ~1W pump like this one:

So if anyone has one or knows a good source please let me know. I don't want to spend much over than $100. I'm happy if it can deliver at least 120mW and start instantly.

The dealextreme 100mW and 200mW green modules use a 9mm pump.
I'm not sure if it can deliver 1W, but it may be worth a shot for cheap.

You may be able to do a little tweaking to the DX module and get ~150mW of green from it.
The one I bought did >120mW out of the box, but the diode burned out before I could finish re-aligning the optics... since the driver apparently can't handle >4V power source.

I don't think I can tweak the module without destroying it though. But the voltage on the module don't matter, I will use my own driver.
I don't want to spend more than $15 on the pump. I'm very unsure if I can fix my current module, it may only be an expensive experiment.
