WTB: 150mw+ ~635nm LD and driver board

i have a module but need a driver and diode. anyone have one or know where i can get one without spending 150% on shipping...
and i kinda wanted it to run on ~3V so i coud put it in a leadlight. i hear lavadrive is good for that but, $21...
and adjustable becuase i want to run it at 250mw and go "mad!!" and then say, "i want to run it at a safer output of 100mw"

Aixiz AND stonetek.org although honestly I think it's a typo or a misunderstanding. he's not going to find a 100mw 632 for less than $300 and that's just the diode alone.

well not exactly 635nm, ~635nm, i dont realy mind though, just red.
but i want to run on 3V and Lavadrives are about $20.
if it could run the diode anyway...
but, i do live in the southern hemisphere, knowhere near US so i get rawted on shipping... yay!
