Would this laser work?

I want to make sure all this will work before I buy the parts.
If I was to buy this laser
1500mw Blue Laser Diode, Engraving Emitter Blue-violet Laser Diode Head Dot for NEJE 1500mW Engraver Only

Plug it into this driver:
405nm 445nm 450nm Laser Diode LD Driver Board 12V 2W Step-Down Constant Current Drive Circuit of TTL Modulation Power Supply

Then plug that into a 9volt battery with a
9v Battery Clip with 2.1mm X 5.5mm Male DC Plug

Would this laser work? And it would it be powerful enough to burn matches and all that fun stuff. I, of course, would also get googles.
If this would be a successful build or if I'm missing something please let me know. Lasers really interested me and this would be my first build.

Hi,
Why go through all of that when you can purchase a hand held laser at about 2W's for the purpose of burning stuff.
