Sorry if this is the wrong place, but I have a quick question.

Would either of these modules:

• NEW APC 50mW 405nm Violet Blue Laser DOT Module 3 0 3 7V | eBay

work with this housing?: Laser Pointer Pen Housing Casing Host for 12mm Laser Module | eBay

Would I just need to put them together then add batteries? or is there something else? thanks

An unfocusable laser at that power would be lucky to burn black plastic or pop a black balloon.

2nd one would work as it has a driver. However you can use the first diode and pick up a 250ma driver for it just for more "burn" Also hook up a g2 lense to focus it and you have yourself a nice little laser
