There are red lasers that use the DPSS Conversion... They're just not as popular.

Yes sir. 671nm. Very cool red indeed.
But still, the description of the laser, Cube quoted, is still insane nonetheless.
 
This video is definitely one of the most idiotic ones I have seen. Crazy energies, exposed dangerous voltages, no beam dump, no goggles for anyone.

Some naughty language.
