For that kind of money you are better off buying an LPM fron Laserbee or Kenom.

LPM's with a thermopile sensor can accurately measure power at all wavelengths.

Yep, I doubt this can measure laser power correctly.

You can get a unit like this on DX for 1/5th the price. this measures luminosity though, not power, so you'd need to do a conversion based on the wavelength.
