My 100mw CR2 green laser takes those 3v batteries.
I'm out of batteries and all i have is some 1000mah 3.6v batteries.
How safe would it be if i tried a lil more voltage. the highest battery i have put so far peaked around 3.3 volts.

Is this the same laser as the one with the ugly dot?

I FIXED IT !! Running this laser now with a CR123 battery. It is so much brighter now also. Ill have pics in a few minutes. I say its at least 2 times as bright. It pops balloons like nothing. Now to do a match test.

It just has to break. Great, now i'm left with no laser again. And this was the only laser i could buy for the year. i guess i need to find a new hobby now :-[
