So I had a crazy idea how to make the WL goggles more effective.

Since I have 3 pairs of them, I gutted 1 and stuck the lenses right on top of the lenses of the other goggles.

This has almost completely filtered out practically all the blue out of the dots.

Even at high power, all I see is a faint yellow dot out of my arctics on a flat black surface, and it looks like a 30mwish yellow dot on flat white surfaces.

I have no idea if this setup will block a direct shot though, and don't really feel like finding out.

Yeah it still has a poor quality lens but if you use enough lenses that no light gets through than it doesnt really matter

Hehehe, It's a start. I like my Eagles Pair, They are rated OD4+ and my 1W blue is darker than my 5mw red keychain. Doesnt effect you to look at the dot on the white surface, as its dim enough that it wont even remain there when you close your eyes. my 300mw green shows as a super faint white dot...

wow, I'll look into that, mine really aren't meant for blue, but their HQ, I think its time to invest in some new ones.

I may have to get a pair of those Eagle lenses. I'm scared to even look directly at the dot on my Arctics with the stock WL Glasses. Seems to be a lot better with the double stacked lenses on the eyes though lol
