+1 for looking locally before going overseas. You might spend more, but Customs won't pick it up, you'll get faster ship times, and you questions will be answered (mostly) in English. Plus, some of the custom hosts around here are beautiful!

Looks to be the same thing Warnlasers Mars and Laserer LZCR selling for double to triple the price + depending on vendor----niether actually manufacture anything they just resell.
