Hey guys,

ordered my arctic on 14th June 2010, have been told it has now shipped (after chasing them constantly)

one staff member told me it shipped on 27th September, another told me 26th September .. i guess thats okay.

however when i asked them for a tracking number i recieve this reply.

J394 ????? what the hell kind of tracking number is that ?

so not only do they lie about order statuses, but now they are lying about tracking numbers too

seriously dissapointed

I canceled my June order 2 weeks after I paid for it
when they told me the 1st lie....

yeah Jerry i thought i was past all of their bullshit, but it seems not.

so i dont even know if it HAS shipped :S

at least living in new zealand they wont be able to just give me a generic tracking number with 'stuck in customs' or something
 
Hey ReaperZ, I am in the same boat as you. I ordered mine on June 14th, and I have an order number around 492xx. My last communication consisted of the following:

I followed up with a question to confirm that what she meant by "This coming week" would be this week, and she confirmed the following:

Since then of course, I have heard nothing. I sent an email early today asking where it was, and no response. I am about fed up as well, and I signed up here in hopes of making some connections to get a 1w 445 through some of the experts here.

I'll wait another week, and then find someone else that wants my money more.
 
I apologize to add this unpleasant information, but apparently the CBP offices on the west coast are onto the 1 watt laser imports despite their being FDA approved. I've read at least 5 posts now where people in CA are receiving their packages with this sticker on it:

Again just FYI... If this topic is in another thread please redirect me, I hadn't seen it. I also hope this customs taking lasers trend doesn't continue.
 
You got a package with that tape on it and no laser?

FYI it is not FDA approved, they just say that!

I haven't gotten my S3 yet but you are correct.. The people who've had this happen recently explained that they've contacted their local customs office (SFO seems to be the worst on this) & their issues are 'being worked on'. I am following all of this because naturally it's one more thing for me to worry about since ordering from WL back in June
 
Usually they just take the whole thing and notify the person that they have it.

Apparently customs doesn't have any offices down by the boarder nor enough stickers to wrap around the heads of the illegals sneaking in....... so yes

Hi Danefex,
I highly doubt anyone will get the double money back guarantee or even get their money back period. I heard through the grapevine a couple weeks ago that WL hasn't been paying their vendors and is about to fold.
We shall see.
