Well than go with the first that is more powerful than the pen type laser. Don't forget to buy goggles and play it safe...there are a lot of stickys here to understand the safety rules you need to respect.

Since burning is one of your priorities, and you only have 43 bucks. I'd suggest not getting a laser. You really need to protect your eye when burning. You should save another 40 and get goggles at the same time.

If it actually outputs 100mW then yes, it will be very visible at night. I think $12 is a little cheap for an 100mW though.
