You need to heatsink the IC side of the Xbm :beer:
The IC is the 12-pin chip

Thank you very much sinner! Just one more question, is the IC that needs to be heatsinked higher than the other components (Caps and so-forth)?

When you heatsink the IC , the whole side would technically be heatsinked..
You just need to dissipate the heat from the whole chip, not every component produce heat but it doesnt hurt to heatsink all of it :beer:

I'm probably going to use thermally conductive tape, so if the IC is lower than the other components I'm going to have to put a piece of Cu or something between the tape and the IC. Thank you very much sinner for your help! +1 coming your way (After I spread some rep off course)!

That's a GREAT heatsink/driver bed, Sinner!
I've been running my X-Boost round @ ~1.9A and that lil sumbitch gets hot! I've stacked copper bits on the IC and other components to fit them against a larger, coin-style heatsink (~15mm) and it's only enough to keep it stable @ ~1.675A with the thermal protection. I'm going to heatsink the bottom on the board to the C-6 pill, running wires through to the battery PCB. That, and the stacked copper should keep it cool enough to run a steady 1.9A.
