where to find cheap hosts

Hi all. I was just wondering if anyone could help me out finding a host for my laser heatsink? I bought a laser modual from dtrs laser shop.
I have the 20mm copper laser modual. Where can i find a decent host? I plan to use the OSRAM 450nm 3W PLPT9 450LA-E so I think i may use a single 18650 battery to power it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but those modules are meant more for testing on a platform rather than host building.
