Where is optotronics located?

We are in Colorado.
If the item is shown as being in stock, then it is shipped the following business day and delivery is 2-3 days to all US locations.

Pretty much 99% the lasers you can buy are made in china. Even optotronic's. So no.

Although Optotronics lasers are made in china, they are really fussy of what they will sell. They will only sell top notch lasers with the best beam specs on the market.

Hi ! I recently ordered a 160mw Green Pen from Optotronics and had a few questions. I emailed them and with in an HOUR got a PHONE CALL !!! from the owner. Very nice person, answered all my questions including where they are....Mead, Colorado..just outside of Ft. Collins. Northern Colorado ! I will say this, their products are superior to other companys. The reason I called was my pen looked exactlly like, well, you already know there is a ton of sellers out there. The clone pen was less than half of what I had just paid Opto. Simple. It's what's INSIDE that counts. Being a bit of a novice, I didn't think about other companys selling over-spec rated junk! Look, I believe Optptronics actually TESTS each laser, in-house and sends the weak ones back to China. It may be only 160ma, but this thing COOKS!! It has totally lived up to their claims, Period! The funny thing is...I live in Denver, Co., about 80 miles south of Opto's operation!!! Yea, small world! Hope this info. helps. See ya! Ken.
