Hello,
Lasers are coherent monochromatic light. There is only one wave length (colour) of light emitted and the waves are in phase with each other. The lights that you are talking about appear to be white light, containing many different colours in the spectrum to create the white colour, and the waves won't be in phase with each other because each colour is a different wave length. The colour difference they are selling appears to be filtered to only allow a certain colour through. All the colours are still being made, they are just blocking the colours they don't want to see. They may be very well focused to have a long narrow beam, and be very bright and intense, but that isn't the distinguishing factor of a laser. If I take the lens off my laser then it will just be a bright wide beam like a flashlight.
