What should I do with my old diodes?

I am building a few DIY lasers, and hollowed out the Aixiz 5mw modules to use for focusing and storing my stronger diodes. Well, that means I pulled out the 5mw red diodes from the Aixiz, and it just so happens they are ALL still working (all 3 of em).

What should I do with them? I feel bad just throwing out a bunch of reasonably good diodes, but I dont have any use for them.

They arent in perfect condition, I did have to tap them pretty hard with a hammer to get them out, but they all function. The light they emit is as strong as it was before I tapped them out of the housing.

Anyone have any good ideas? I am really up for just about any decent suggestions. I would hate to see these go to waste.

You could get in contact with a LPF/CPF member by the name of Chuck Knight - he has been putting together some interesting laser show stuff for his church - he may be interested in them :-) He doesn't SELL stuff, by any means - he just does some neat stuff for the kids at vacation bible school.

give em to me ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D maybe you could just store them, in case you might want them later?

get about 497 more and focus them all at one spot - just be sure you're wearing glasses.

Whatever you do, don't send them to Greg - he murders them with an ice pick....   ;D ;D
