I'd like to make my own...where should I start?

1. I have a 2-AAA mini mag I'd like to use for housing...if this is possible.
2. I'd like it to be no less than a 200mw pointer...if possible. And...
3. I'd like to keep it at 2-AAA for the batteries...if possible.
