What is exactly CNI?

Group buys are the best way to buy from CNI because you get the cheapest wholesale prices on the laser you want depending on how many lasers are purchased in the GB.

9 times out of 10 they'll be cheaper. Every now and then LaserGlow has sales on "slightly" faulty models at some very nice prices. Chips in the paint, long warmup time, etc.

But it's not worth buying extremely common things like 405's, 445's, 520's, 635's or 650's from CNI. (532's are still good to buy from them-- whether it be a tight beam, stability or high power you want).

The worst thing is that I'm not from US, and the GB are usually do there. I don't think that the shipping cost will worth it.

Buy direct. They are a Chinese company. Would be better for you.

when your buying all alone, like me, it wont be super cheap. but if you go in a GB, you get the lasers for TONS cheaper then DL or others. think of DL as the middle man, the buy for cheap and turn a profit. just how it works.
GB are a terrific idea and save a lot on the price. The down side is you want to make sure your not in any hurry to get it ,you will Need a lot of patience. You have to weigh up the saved money, verses the long process that usually one person takes on at a considerable effort with to from emails etc with the manufacturer . Obviously to get the best price depending on how many members want one and what power as well ,and color usually.
On top of this if you live in a country with very strict laser laws ,you may not get it anyway customs may grab it on the way in .

One of reputable brand in laser diode. They're in Changchun, China. I visited the company once 5 years ago.

Hi everyone, i'm also kindda noobs here, and yes CNI is located in china, and when you are dealing with china-based website, in my experience it is best to get someone who speaks mandarin fluently to call them on your behalf, to make sure you get exactly what you paid for, they also give discounts if they think they are dealing with their fellow chinese. (and some of them give much bigger discount to their repeating chinese customers)
