I think you should read more and ask less...
There are so many tutorials overall on how to harvest a diode from a sled it should be no problem to find the appopriate tutorial for your sled!
Just search for the model of your DVDBurner...

Btw.: A bigger heatsink doesn't change the output of your laser...
