What Can a (___)millawatt laser do?

Ok so i'm getting a new laser and haven't decided on a power rating or color.
In order decide on what laser i get i need to know what it can do....

So can anyone please fill out this chart with the minumum amount of
"mw"s needed...

the best for beam color with low mw is green. red is almost useless at any power in terms of brightness and burning. blue (445) is awesome because it is a power monster. but for a fine mix of beam and burning at around 100 mw go with violet. and you get black light effects too.
