i can see like 8 different colors there , what are the different colors for? does anybody know? :)

Yes, the colors are thin film deposits that transmit/reflect light over a band or a narrow spectrum of light.

all the flat optics looks as dichros, except few ones, that looks as combiners (PBS and prismatics) ..... and yes, a dichro can be a mirror or a filter, in the first case it reflect the wavelenght that you need and left pass the others, in the second case it pass (or block) the wavelenght that you want to pass (or block), and left pass the others.

Except, maybe the two pentagonal prisms in the corners ..... i'm not 100% sure, cause they looks a bit too small, for this, but they look similar to inversion prisms (but i can't be sure, without see them in first person)
