EDIT: Solved. See image below. Feel like an idiot now.
Well.. thought I was on the right track with this 488nm pen. Apparently not. I have it set up where if I apply power to the driver, I get a nice beautiful beam.
The switch, however.. I can’t figure out.
I’ve attached a lead from the diode case pin to the drivers negative. And then a lead from the drivers positive to a point on the switch where I got a good reading with a MM. But when I throw it all together in the Laser66 pen host, I get nothing.
DTRs site says that the third pin on this diode isn’t used. Does that mean I can’t use it as a case pin? I’m all confused.
