what about yourlasers.com ? the DX dedicated laser

They moved all the lasers from DX to YL to bypass PP embargo on selling high powered lasers and therefore you can't pay there with PP, but only with creditcard.

Putting all your credit card information for all of DX workers to see and use freely is just too risky for me - that new site doesn't have ANY safe credit card payment option, doesn't even have SSL - you are just sending all your credit card data to some dude in china at DX office - they will add this info to their database. I've had many good any many bad experiences with chinese sellers (even with those that are considered to be "trusted") and I will hold all my orders untill they apply some safe third party payment solution. But that's just my opinion ofcourse.

Well, I ordered a 2-in-1 100MW SD302 greenie from them on 2-1-2012 (m-d-yyyy) and the unit was shipped on the 7th according to the email I got when I had to get a clarification from them as the email wasn't very clear. They said 7-14 BUSINESS days, so, don't expect a fast turnaround time. In fact, I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. I'm going to have to order a battery charger, though as that's not included with the 18650 single battery...:wtf: I've already decided on where to buy the charger from as they are in the good ole US of A.

YourLasers.com has a San Francisco telephone number, but, they do NOT tell you that they use Hong Kong Post/ground mail. Last time I ordered something from Hong Kong...It took over three months to get. So, I'm stuck in a holding pattern and no tracking number, either.

So, next time, I'm going with something that I would get a tracking number on, even if it's from Hong Kong. Or save my money and get a kit.

Its called VONAGE!! You can have a phone number that appears to be anywhere in the world.

An old workplace had many numbers through Vonage that made it appear as if we had sales offices all over the US, but they all rang to the one office in Indiana.

You can try Lasersman.com. I have placed 4 orders with them. The shipping is a little slow but the prices are the cheapest I have found so far. Talk to Kath Smart | Facebook about placing an order. She works there, and always helps me out. She responds to emails promptly.

Well, I actually have the laser in hand. It came in the mail earlier today and so far, so good. It's living up to what was advertised.

I did the stuff folks typically to (well, except the matches as I don't have those), but, it sliced the black plastic bag without any problems, etc etc.

One thing though, that was of interest and that was with the kaleidoscope, a police officer friend of mine said it would be very disorientating to someone not expecting it, even in the daytime. He thought it would be a great tactical weapon.

So does the FDA...FDA approves police use of tactical lasers once used by the military. :eg:
