I do believe in forgiveness (but not to forget), so if he was to prove that he is worthy and has changed BEFORE he gets un-banned, then maybe we should consider letting him back. But to redeem himself after all he's done isn't going to be simple or easy for him. It's like trying to regain your credit once it's drooped into the negatives. It will take him an immense amount of dedication, discipline, and time to mature and realize that he's far off in the wrong path only to turn around and pull himself out of the hole he created. HumanSymphony, why don't you tell him to send Dave has laser first, and we will think about it. But we all know he just wants to come back to stir things up for his personal enjoyment... until he PROVES otherwise. Tell him, we demand action!
 





I've read a lot of threads since and before I registered here.

From what I have read and by my personal experience with him...  he has
proven, time after time  that he is a conniving little weasel that can not be
trusted.

This kid has no character or honor. He couldn't care less for anyone but himself.

Where is the money he promised he would send Dave a few weeks ago..
That's just more BS from the mouth of an untrustworthy weasel.

IMHO it will take him years to become am honorable individual that can be trusted
again. He has proven that he is egotistical and selfish...
Did you already forget.....  "it's mine...mine...mine" referring to Dave's laser.

How many times do you need to get booted in the nuts before you do
something about it.  >:(

Now I think I should take a pill and chill............  8-)

I take it you never read my convo with a wickedlasers support rep who told me that a wickedlaser would get me a girlfriend?


Anyways, personally, I think someone should pay wes a visit. Kids think they can get away with screwing with people on the internet.
 
I know this is a little off topic but, what if it is exactly 5.1mW? Would it still be illegal to import to the US?

Yes. The law rarely has any "wiggle room." It is called a "bright line." On one side of the line it is legal. On the other side of the line it is illegal.

another way to look at it is do you think customs will waste their time opening the packages to see a dinky little pen laser and actually testing it on a LPM?
 
Dave, what diode does that laser have? Might be worth $35 for LD and driver!

"David" Sent it to me, i built it,and my freind did not want the laser. i dont even want it, its weak as can be. i tried to get dave his money long time ago,but i had no contact with him or his paypal so i was very confused. and i was going to send this to dave, but i have no address on him,so i have no other choice but to sell it. I dont Want to argue dude, its Immature and you got to act like a Grown up. Yes it was his, but then he sent it,and it was no longer his. like i said, the lack of info for david,and i had no way of contact. Sorry if you dont like me.

Its immature to question your motives for stealing stuff from dave and trying to resell it? Thats sad.

I say everyone here contact him on ebay and ask him why he is selling dave's laser, as well as report his listing to ebay.
