Hi Everyone i came across this forum after buying my first laser pointer on eBay at the start of 2020 well i don't have the laser anymore let's just say i tried to see if i could pot mod it and it was a pain in the ass to get apart. i ordered a new one which is a laser 303 which is coming 31st august (kinda thinking it won't make it through customs)

anyway i am hoping to get some knowledge from fellow members that have built green lasers higher then 1mw and got it through Australia Customs.

Welcome to LPF we have members here from Australia . You can order a 520nm diode pressed in a 12mm module with a driver set and prewired from DTR . Then you can get a host of your choice and assemble it.. The host must come prewired also for a plug n play laser.
As long as the components come separate its not a problem getting through customs. This way been done plenty of times
