Just a shame that freezing my diode doesn't produce a more desirable color than heating it unlike the 520s. Unless for some reason you like 530nm better than 510nm...
 
If we had done a murder fund of the 463nm it'd have been fun to kill it by overheating... maybe it could get to 480 before taking it's final breath?
 
Well, RHD said he shifted one to 476nm with just current, and pushing 4nm with heat is quite a stretch. But with these binned diodes I have no idea what to actually expect to see them do--
