Nope, not legit :)

There are plenty of threads within these forums which will give you links to reputable sites.

Warnlasers is a joke. 1700 dollars for a 80mw 473nm. LMAO. when jetlasers has a 100+ mw for $399 that peaks over 200 that right there should tell you its a scam site.

Haha! Not necessarily a scam, but very overpriced :)

Please DO NOT buy from these scam artists.
I'd rather go with Wicked Lasers rather than Warn Laser. Doesn't the name sound fishy?

Thanks,

Jetlasers. A very reputable site also. Top of the line most here will agree.
Also, get safety goggles first

Warn lasers. Name already warns you

Yes, I prefer JetLasers too, but their laser performances are not high enought for me! :/ I'm interested in 1000mW 532nm laser! I found out, that they offered 1W green laser in a past! Why they discontinued his production?

Why must it be 1W+? A simple 300mW green(whether it be 520nm or 532nm) is adequate for visibility, as I'm guessing you're looking for a visible beam.

Building a 1W 520nm is pretty affordable with DTR's diodes, check his store out if you would be interested in constructing a laser.

Podo from Sanwu Lasers also has got a 1W 520nm in most of his laser series'.

Yes, the visibility and beam bright is most important for me.
Multiple sources indicate that 532nm are little bit more brighter at the same output power as 530nm.
Is it true?
If yes, can you tell me, for example, output power 1000mW of 530 nm is comparable to which output power of 532nm? I expect an answer such as.... ,,beam of 1000mW 520nm is bright as 800mW 532nm..."

By the way I already own 600mW 532nm laser from Jetlasers for 5 years, that's why I started looking for something more powerfull!

Thank you.

If you want to compare 532 and 520. Use this calculator below.
Relative Laser Beam Brightness Calculator: (636nm 1mw) vs. (458nm 1mw)
I.e. Put 532 for wavelength and 520 for competitor wavelength.
Then put 800mw (any digit mw' ) under the 532.
And put 1000mw(any digit mw') under the 520.
You can do this with ALL wavelengths.

P.S. Remove all the numbers on it before putting on your own.

JetLasers will make a 1000 mW/1W 532nm if you bother take the time to ask them--it was never something listed on the web site--e-mail Gray at jetlasers@gmail.com

600mW of 532nm is very bright and very visable-----not sure what you mean by brightness and visibility----you are not going to get anything much more visible or brighter in a handleld laser.
What is it you want to do with it?

If you already have a 600mW 532nm----it will take 2400mW to double the brightness of that one.

600mW is very bright---1000mW will be a little brighter and beam wil look more solid

Use the relative brightness tool to estimate differences.

believe me, you would have NO problem seeing 100mW of 532, the dot is incredibly bright, and the beam is VERY clearly visible at night/in a dark-dim room. a 300mW 532nm would unbelievably bright, and a 1W too bright to view directly, it would literally just hurt your eyes (cause physical pain, and damage your eyes).

EDIT: you have a 600mW 532nm laser, and you want something brighter? your insane. if you really want, get a custom built 1.3-1.5W 520nm, that should be good.

I ask Gray and he said, that they don't plan nothing stronger as current 800mw, because it is not stable... He said, that maybe 520nm, but in a far future.... :/

Do not do business w/ WarnLaser! Here's what happened to me: This is a warning: Do not buy anything from Chen Wenjie (Zachary TurtenWald). I asked for a refund and mailed the laser back to him per his instructions. He never picked it up upon arrival and it was returned 4 months later to my return address. He/they have since refused to refund my purchase even after I told him to send a return label. The laser 3W IR didn't have a focus of more than 8 inches. Until I receive a refund, I'm warning everyone away from this rip off artist!!!
