Almost 6 inches tall, little less than an inch thick. 10 mins of runtime. Owned it for 3 months. I built it.

On topic. I have built a few units that can do a 30+ minute run but that is a tall order in a portable. Also just because it can do it does not mean that it is good to do it on a regular basis. I would suggest a Labby with TEC if you are wanting to run it for 30 minutes on a regular basis.

I think your best bet is one of Jayrob's Maglite hosts. But even that one meet all your criteria. The divergence of the 445nm diode isn't that good, you won't get good distance with it.
