Wanted: 635-642 high power single mode

I'm looking to buy or commission a single-mode high power focusable red in the 635-642 range (preferably at the 635 end).

You will have a hard time sourcing a diode like that.

The 635-645nm wavelengths are not as available as the 655nm DVDRW diodes because they are not used in commercial products.

CNI makes portables in those wavelengths.
What do you mean by "high power," though?

A 635nm diode in the 150-500mW range will be multimode and $$$.

Check out e-bay seller "snoctony." He sells Class IIIB 650nm and 635nm C-mounts up to 1W for 650 and 500mW for 635.

I know of a 60mW single mode 635, but the diode alone is around $450 USD

Then I know of a place to get a single mode 638nm 110mW single mode from a projector, but it would be around $500

This color is not cheap!
