I'm not sure if these guys are for real, but I've seen F-mount laser diodes advertised for 10W. I've also seen laser diode arrays and related optics advertised though I'd have to see if I could find those links again. You would need some driver for this laser.

I'm still waiting for parts to complete my 445 1.5W SAiK.

Those are IR (Infra-Red) multimode Laser Diodes.
You could barely see that beam with the naked eye...
