WAAAY overspec 20mW from rayfoss.

You know what? Im going to drop it this time. I guess it's pointless arguing with such close minded individuals.

Btw, you still never answered the question.

Spoken like you have some sort of power or grounds to stand on, your rep shows otherwise.

Whoa people slow down. The beam could appear white if there is something in the air that reacts to UV. I have noticed many times that on some surfaces the 405nm dot turns bright white with almost no purple what so ever. Lets also remember that the beam is visible because its reflecting off of particles in the air. So depending on what is floating around his house its not impossible that the beam could appear whiteish. Now I havent personally seen such a thing and I dont know what would be in the air but its not beyond the scope of possibility. It does however sound like you need some sort of air filter in your home

IDK, both my 405nm lasers dont appear to be purple, they are sort of a misty white. Idk, it only happens in natural darkness, like with the 20mW I cant see the beem if I go into my bathroom with the lights off. Only when its so dark you cant see anything.

^^^This thread stopped making sense to me a while ago, however I did get a laugh from him trying to suck out a stuck battery from a laser(another thread), so at least there is the fun factor.

Two of the quotes refer to my 29mW, genius. Why does this forum have such a problem with reading threads?

Well actually, genius, you said in the above post "both of my 405nm lasers". And even still if you pick any two of those and compare them they contradict or make no sense.

@infinitusequitas yeah I saw that lol. Don't get me wrong I like lasers, but not that way lol

Yes and after that did you specify that all the rest of your comment only applies to "your 29mw"?

Calm down man. He has nothing to gain by lying so there is no real reason to interrogate. If you dont believe it then say so and then move on. No one wants to read an argument that has nothing to accomplish. Is it a weird way to describe the beam of a 405nm? Yes...who cares.

Ok so you leave out a big piece of information and then call me stupid for not knowing it? I think this all sounds like a load of bs... You could have easily hit edit and fixed your "typo" where you managed to not just skip a letter, but an entire sentence.

Edit: ok Helios, I get what your saying. I don't believe anything he says, and now I'm done with it.

I was talking about the 9 instead of the 0. The rest was common sense.

I stand by what I said earlier, at night the beam is a whitish silver color, with particles brighting along it.

I just tried it in my freezer, and the beam is purple, and really wide, not like what i see with no fog effects. :/

Dude we get these kids all the time. Its just been a while since the last wave. They dont get attention at home, so they seek it else where. Its a common problem that exists in everyday life. Its pretty clear he's drumming up drama. Digs the hole deeper every post. Whats the chances he knows someone with a USB Laserbee LPM? LMAO Also if you read his past posts he contradicts himself quite a few times, so you know he is lying. He is trying to fit in and act like one of the guys, but he is not smart enough to keep track of the BS. He doesnt know what a 405nm laser beam looks like in person. Most posted pix of 405nm beams have some white in the beam because of over exposure. He probably just has a typical red pointer. Its sad, but true.

So lets close this thread now please. His first 3 or 4 threads are already closed, and he has a ton of bad repps. Its not to hard to figure it out.

Fair enough. That comment was not supposed to mean that I thought he was being honest because he had nothing to gain I was just commenting on the fact that this isnt a sales thread or a trade dispute so starting an argument and making accusations seems like a waste of effort even if someone were to determine he was lying.

Dude its the internet, everyone lies at times, some more than others. He's just some kid looking for a place to fit in, like we all were at one point. But I think its obviously this is not the right place for him, and he should just move on.
