I'm using the Sony 18650 VTC5. 2600mAh with 30 Amp max continuous discharge rate, and bursts up to 60 Amps.
I haven't actually taken an ammeter to the circuit, but judging from how it performs it does appear to be pretty close. The Steam Turbine Atomizer pictured on it ohms out at .77, and the display shows that it's putting out 5.15V, and a Fogger at 1.22 Ohms shows 6.66V.
I did see a few youtube reviews that also showed accurate meter readings, but you've got me a bit curious and I just may open it up and check readings myself.
It was also able to run a .19 Ohm RDA one of my friends has in regulated mode without a problem.
