Anyone know of a "Good" userbar creator? ive downloaded a few but so far they all blow. just wondering if anyone knows of a good one. and please dont tell me Photoshop. im a total NooB with PS.

The one and only KingK is a master at photoshop

He was a member here before but I haven't seem him lately, he made alot of laseruserbars and other stuff he had a website but I can't remember its name.
