usa shipping cheap 50mW green laser module?

Pointing at people in school huh? That's why they are illegal in your country. I give you some great information, and that's what your goal is?

No not stupidly like an idiot :(
I mean to point it at people if that occurs and if it gets into someones eye it doesn't cause damage I am not a stupid idiot liek that I already have a laser at home but want to purchase another

If that 120mw happens to hit someone in the eye it is more than capable of causing permanent damage. I am by far one of the safety nazis around here but they are dangerous. Just recently I got a direct hit in my left eye with a 1540mw pen laser. Needless to say I have a blind spot almost right in the center of my vision. I consider myself lucky it wasn't worse. After that, I take it as bit more seriously. I know 120mw isn't near 1.5w, but it's strong enough to seriously hurt someone.

End of preaching session. Just wanted to let you know

Should be OK if it's really 1mw. Under 5 should be OK. But they will most likely be 30mw violet, 5-30mwgreen, and 20-60mw red. They are labeled 1mw for import purposes.

I have one of those violets and it's 81mw. But I also have a red that's 3mw. So you won't know until you get it.

So for the $ is it worth it just as a cool item to flash around at night in my house?

I think just completed lasers is a problem. Just check your countries customs laws. Google is your friend ;) and use the search bar at the bottom of the screen. I bet everything we talked about has been answered a hundred times

It needs to have a spring and the fasttech ones don't have springs and the infrared doesn't matter anymore I was just being picky but if anyone wants to sell me a fasttech that they soldered the spring on themselves, that would be great:)

-thanks,
Martin

I'm guessing you're trying to replace the module in a pen that died?
Your requirements are fairly high, especially the "shipping from the USA" and "<5mw of IR leakage". Really, it wouldn't be too bad to get a module from DX or something and add your own IR filter.

Yes exactly and the IR doesn't matter anymore:drool:
