I was upstairs when I heard the UPS truck come, and stop in front of my house. I thought "YAY MY PACKAGE IS HERE". So I go downstairs knowing I had to sign for it. I see him get out of the truck with the package and walk up to my front door. When he gets here he THROWS MY PACKAGE AT THE DOOR AND WALKS AWAY! So I open the door and yell "What was that for!?" he then looks at me and then stares for a few seconds then gets in his truck and drives away. Lucky for me that was not the package I thought it was, but just my new bag of fish tank salt, but the driver did not know that and has no reason to throw my package. So new note to self, DO NOT SHIP VIA UPS!

Better yet, next time videotape his incompetent @$$, post it on youtube and get the guy reprimanded.

Thats what I call bad service.... And its not only UPS Ive heard of that happening with DHL and USPS too.

DHL has always been great for me, the delivery men always come right to the door with my package, plus their brokerage fees are on the lower side :D

I love DHL. They are cheap as hell with their 500USD per shipment (ironic), but they offer great service.

Note the time that the Driver was at your house.
The UPS drivers have a GPS/Celular tracking system in their
trucks (in Canada.. not sure elsewhwere) and the Driver is
tracked all day.
It will be easy to lodge a Customer Complaint against the
driver since UPS would know which driver was at which
address at any time of the UPS delivery day...

Good to know, only problem is I have no proof. So I could tell them, but it would probably do no good. :yabbmad:

If enough people report the same guy, I think that would be proof enough.

From what I hear, you have to work like, a year or more on the shipping nightshift before they even consider letting you be a driver. You'd think that after putting that much timeinto something, someone would be more careful...

it's just plain lazyness, Our post man if he can will throw the package down the alleyway between 2 houses, the gate is locked, but still doesn't stop anyone getting a long stick and fishing it out, Luckily I have good neighbors who brings them in for me and this is The Royal Mail !!!!
