unfocussed 445nm diode beam profile needed

i bought this diode off of DTR (1.5-2w 445nm)

is it broken??? It barely burns anything. powered with the mohgasm 1.8a driver and 2 cr123a's (6v)

But anyways get some rechargeable cr123a (16340) batteries. They have a bit higher voltage which is needed to properly power the diode after the voltage drop of the driver.

yeah those are what im using. two in series. and the power sucks.
it can barely burn stuff and the driver barely gets warm after long use.
