Ultraviolet handheld laser - what is the status in 2024

I do have Hg low pressure lamps, they work OK, I was just researching laser options, but it seems to be too early. Thanks for all you help.
 





Well not really too early as much as it's niche field. We had many UV lasers for decades. There's simply no financial incentive to get LDs there too.
 
Guess I’m the only weirdo that painted the walls in their garage with glow in the dark paint and use a uv pointer to draw for fun.

well for that you don't need high power nor too short wavelenths
