TBH andy I went to your site and found it all too much to go through the other links.
I think I will just accept that I sometimes break the law when I smoke/drive my car/use my lasers. I am getting close to being public enemy number one it seems

i may be wrong here but didnt the uk government strictly ban ALL laser pointers back in 1997? after so many incidents of idiots pointing lasers at bus drivers/taxi drivers led to accidents etc
i thought 1mw was legal here in the uk but a cop told me all laser pointers are banned.

isnt there any type of course/license u could enrol on that we could achieve a license to use lasers?
i just think it sucks all lasers are banned, cant even take any lasers out too much public/moving traffic etc.
