I was hearing 4-500 for the cheapies.. The event sold out initially in 1 day
and the ticket holders were some sort of VIP members who get first pick..

Im not sure if the general public even got a chance to buy.. Im hearing
55-60,000 to attend.

Gonna be chaos with it being the first event for MMA allowed in Ontario.
The prime minister of Canada's daughter talked him into allowing it.. lol

IIRC he was against it in the beginning. :tsk:

I will end up going when the prices arent so crazy.

As for Sheilds, I really think that GSP will wreck him. I know Sheilds is amazing but he had a hard time putting away Kappman. He will not be able to take down. GSP will be the one dictating where the fight go.

My predictions;

GSP VS SHEILDS - I think GSP will TKO 2nd round.

ALDO VS HOMINICK - 5 round war, split decision win by Hominick.

MATYSHENKO VS BRILZ - Brilz tko.

COUTURE VS MACHIDA - Couture, 3 round beat-em up, 30-27.

BOCEK VS HENDERSON - War, gonna be split or draw, not sure who is gonna win.

DIAZ VS MACDONALD Macdonald, 3 round split decision.

As for the facebook fights, I'm tired of typing already, if they are Canadian, that is who I'm rooting for

'the crane' kick lol..

I say Couture should have 1 last fight vs Liddell.. Its gotta happen before
either retires. Either that or UFC has to open a geriatric division

As for next ufc, it is a good card too Edgar vs Maynard, "Rampage" Jackson vs Hamil and Mir vs Nelson as the "main fights". I think that Rampage is on a comeback streak and is gonna KO Hamil.

The "super fight", all my friends and family members say Silva would destroy GSP, I disagree. I think GSP would win. GSP would take it to the ground, they both have the same boxing coach, Eddie Roach, and he even said Silva's boxing is better. What we would see in a super fight, (it would probably happen in Dallas, in the new stadium with 80,000+ seats) is GSP taking Silva down with ease and at some point getting a TKO.
