step one go to walmart and purchase a prepaid visa card load it with money.(KEEP THE RECEIPT) you will need it to activate it!!! follow the steps on the package or there will be a small label on the card.

I know it shouldn't be done and I hope I don't get blamed for telling this, but when I was underage I just had an account in which I declared to be 18, then I just vinculed my VISA to it (you can have visa even if you're underage as long as your parents sign the authorization in your bank office).

All in all you don't harm anyone...
