Tmart laser button help please

I got this laser in the mail today and it came with a broken button. I dont want to spend the time sending it back and their customer service is giving me a hard time. Anyone have an idea on how to fix it? the button sits really low in the hole and i have to smash the button to get it to work and sometimes not even that works. I dont want to just start pulling it apart without asking first so i dont mess it up worse. So if anyone has any advice id appreciate it greatly!

I'd say push their costumer service more, it's not like you them for any else anymore.
The other option is to replace the switch, but that may be difficult depending on how easy the host opens.
